About Feather Touch Dental Care

Life moves fast, and it's sometimes hard to find time to see the dentist. But postponing dental care can negatively impact quality of life and contribute to serious overall health issues, including heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis, and diabetes complications. Neal N. Shah wants everyone to have a fantastic smile and lasting health. He delivers quality care that caters to the demanding schedules of busy people in Midtown Atlanta and surrounding areas.

The Team

When you walk out of our practice, you’ll be surprised by how relaxed you feel. Our entire team is focused on providing the services you need in one convenient and comfortable location.

Our dental team consists of two hygienists, two assistants, and two administrative support professionals. Together, we work with Dr. Shah to provide you with comfortable, immediate dental care. Our entire team is extensively trained and experienced, and we continually refine our skills and knowledge to give you the best service possible.

We always pride ourselves on our ability to listen. If you have concerns, we always listen to what you have to say. We are especially good listeners if you’re nervous and feel something else could make you more comfortable.

This practice has the friendliest staff I have ever come upon. They are very tuned into you and your needs, and they make an effort to learn your name and get to know you. It seems like many other practices I have been to operated like factories where I was just another number; however Dr. Ross' office is nothing of the sort. Also, I waited less than 2 minutes (which is so rare for any doctor!). Overall, all of the employees were extremely professional and I was impressed!

This is a great dental practice. The staff is professional, caring, and friendly-you are greeted with a smile and by name. The cleanliness of the dental facility is outstanding and the products, equipment, and procedures are always the latest in the dental field. During treatment the patient?s comfort is of utmost importance. It is very clear that Dr. Ross is dedicated to his profession and his practice and that is reflected by his staff.

Please allow me to take a moment to thank you for coming in on your day off (a weekend no less) to help me with my dental emergency. I know you didn't have to do this, but I so much appreciate the fact that you volunteered to help me when I need help the most.




Only two days before I was scheduled to stand before one thousand students and hundreds of guest to deliver the commence address at the college, I broke my front tooth and you came to my rescue on your day off.





I know that you and your office mates select and ?Employee of the Month? award. I certainly hope you get top billing for December. You were my life saver. Thanks to you and Dr. Ross I didn?t have to look like I was from the back-woods someplace where banjos play.
