My son is 7 yrs old and lost all 4 top teeth since age of 3 and none have grown in. Can there be something wrong? The bottom middle 2 teeth fell out last year but grew in.

The permanent teeth will come out or erupt soon. You should not need to
worry. Though you can see your dentist and he or she can take an x-ray to see if
the permanent teeth are under gums and have developed properly.

My son is 2 and his top teeth have always been a greyish color, with white hard "enamel" on top by gums, which looks like it's food or something that will come off. But, it doesn't, and we brush twice a day. His bottom teeth are fine.
