#2 molar extraction vs. root canal
#2 top molar being extracted. Will the teeth shift drastically, if at all? What are some negatives about this compared to getting a root canal? I had old filling replaced and close to nerve, in a lot of pain right now.

How can I find a dentist who does pulp capping
I have a broken tooth and my dentist said I may need root canal or extraction. There is no infection I have read about pulp cap and my dentist indicated it is only done in Pediatrics. I would like an another oponion.

I am in a bind, as I do not have dental insurance at the moment, and I've got an infection in my mouth from a broken filling or fractured tooth. The dentist insists I have a root canal, but that is financially impossible right now, since he wants payment in full with the completion of the work - and I don't have the money. I am taking amoxicillin to kill the infection. Could I wait till I have a new job and insurance to get the root canal, or would an extraction be cheaper right now? I'm a 44 year old woman. Thank you
