Dr. Galan earned his dentistry degree from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry in 1985.ﾠ His desire to continue learning led him to pursue a Masters of Science degree from the University of London, England.ﾠ From there, Dr. Galan returned home to Canada to teach at the University of Manitoba while operating a private practice in Winnipeg.ﾠ He, and his family, moved to Calgary in 2001, where he established his downtown dental clinic.

Dr. Galan, as a general dentist, provides restorative and cosmetic dentistry along with implant dentistry.ﾠ In addition to dental services, Doug has written many articles for dental journals and has lectured nationally and internationally on various dental topics.
